Mobile Information Privacy: No mobile information, including mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Mobile information collected through SMS opt-in will be used exclusively for the purpose of providing transactional and customer service communications as described in Section 6 of this Privacy Policy. This restriction applies regardless of any other data-sharing provisions in this policy.

Deletion requests will be processed within thirty (30) days, subject to our right to retain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including but not limited to: compliance with tax record retention requirements, defense of legal claims, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
